Our expert paver sealing process starts with a thorough pressure wash using environmentally-friendly detergent that lifts dirt, kills algae and mold, and prepares the surface for sealing. We then sand the surface to remove stubborn stains and open the pores so the sealant can sink in and adhere properly. Fresh polymeric joint sand is swept into every joint — critical for stability, because joint sand that washes out is the #1 cause of paver shifting and weed growth. Finally we apply two coats of premium, durable, clear sealer in your choice of wet-look high gloss or natural matte finish.

Taking care of your sealed pavers is simple: sweep every day or two, rinse with a garden hose weekly. Use pH-neutral cleaners for stubborn stains — they leave less residue and won't leave a cloudy film. No annual refinishing required. The sealer bonds with the surface, won't flake, won't peel.
We pressure wash every paver with paver-safe detergents to eliminate algae, mold and years of staining — without blowing out the joint sand any more than necessary.
Pavers must be completely dry before re-sanding. In Florida's humidity that typically means 24 to 48 hours. We schedule sealing as a return visit.
We sweep polymeric joint sand into every joint, compact it in and mist-activate it. The polymer locks the sand in place — no weed growth, no washout in rain.
Two coats of premium penetrating sealer in either natural matte or wet-look gloss. Blocks stains, locks in color, stops UV fade, resists water and oil.
Foot traffic after 24 hours, vehicle traffic after 48–72 hours. We walk the finished job with you and schedule a 90-day follow-up check.
Concrete Pavers — most common in Florida. We use topical and penetrating sealers, your choice of wet-look or matte finish. Budget $349–$1,895 depending on area.
Brick Pavers — older installations often need joint-sand restoration before sealing. Same sealer families as concrete pavers, same price range.
