Paver Sealing, Warranty Based on Coat Count

Paver projects completed with a two-coat system include a two-year failed-sealer warranty. Projects completed with a three-coat system include a three-year failed-sealer warranty. Coverage begins on the completion date, and the written proposal identifies the covered surface, maintenance requirements and exclusions.

Shingle Roof Soft Wash, 2-Year Spot-Clean Warranty

If black algae streaks return to a section of a shingle roof we soft washed within two years, we spot-clean the affected sections free of charge.

Every Other Service, 100% Satisfaction Guarantee

House washing, pressure washing, gutter cleaning, window cleaning and the rest of our services carry our satisfaction guarantee: if something is not right, tell us and we return until there is a solution that works. Every job is photo-documented at completion, which makes any callback simple to assess fairly.

What the Warranties Don't Cover

Damage caused after our work by third parties, vehicles or equipment, construction, surface alterations, or extraordinary events such as flooding and hurricanes. New staining from new sources (for example, a sprinkler head that starts spraying well water on a sealed driveway) isn't a sealer failure, though we're glad to treat it as a service call.

How to Make a Claim

Call or text 727-579-7825 or email jmorris@krystalkleanexterior.com with a photo of the issue and your service date. Because we document every job at completion, many claims can be reviewed from the completion photos. The full written terms for your specific project are included with every proposal.
