What belongs in a storefront cleaning scope?

The customer-facing zone: compatible facade panels, entry concrete, thresholds, columns, awnings or sign surrounds. We inspect painted finishes, glass edges, door seals, electrical fixtures, gum, spills and pedestrian access before choosing the method.

The entrance has to keep working.

Setup, runoff, slip risk, cones, drying time and neighboring-tenant access matter as much as visible soil. We identify when customers and employees arrive, which doors must remain open and whether the work needs an early-morning, evening or phased service window.

Facade and flatwork receive different methods.

Sound entry concrete may use controlled surface cleaning, while painted panels, stucco, awnings and glass-adjacent finishes can need lower pressure and surface-specific chemistry. Sensitive signage, oxidized panels and failing paint are documented rather than treated with more force. Exterior glass is a separate commercial window-cleaning scope unless it is listed.

Recurring service should follow actual traffic.

Food or drink spills, gum, shade, irrigation, landscaping and foot traffic determine how quickly the storefront changes. We can coordinate routine entrance work with commercial building washing, sidewalk cleaning or dumpster-pad service while keeping every surface and method clear.

The written estimate identifies included surfaces, preparation, service window, access responsibilities, exclusions and expected outcome. It does not assume every facade, sign, window or stain can receive the same process.
