In Holiday, restoration calls are often failed-sealer calls: white haze, slippery spots, old acrylic buildup or joint sand that has washed out after years of Florida rain. Many of these surfaces were sealed two or three times over the years — sometimes by different companies, sometimes with big-box products — so we rarely know what is on the pavers until we test a section. Older patios in Aloha Gardens and Forest Hills also tend to sit under mature tree cover, which keeps joints damp and speeds up sealer failure on the shaded end of the same patio.
Paver stripping and restoration is the work that separates a real paver company from a pressure washing company. If your pavers turned white, cloudy, milky, slippery, patchy, or dull after a bad seal, another coat of sealer will not fix it. It usually traps the problem deeper. The right answer is a controlled restoration process: diagnose the failed coating, strip what needs to come off, clean the pores, correct the joint sand, and then reseal only when the surface is ready.

Stripping needs a longer dry stretch than a standard seal job because the surface has to be cleaned, stripped, rinsed and fully dried before anything goes back down. In Holiday that makes October through May the reliable season; during the summer storm pattern we schedule strips early in the week so a rained-out afternoon does not strand a half-finished surface over a weekend.
