Once the joints are empty, weeds grow, ants move in, edges loosen, and pavers start shifting.

We clean the paver surface, clear organic growth, remove loose or contaminated joint material, install fresh polymeric sand, compact where needed, and activate the sand correctly.
Polymeric sand matters. Regular sand washes out fast in Florida rain. Polymeric sand hardens in the joints after activation, helping block weeds, reduce washout, and keep the pavers locked together. If you plan to seal, clean joints and fresh sand are the foundation for a better finish.
